Based in Singapore, Carl is an retired Merchant Sea Captain and once steered the MIST Foundation in his Administrational role.

Calm and collective, he always finds a way through any problem with a sustainable and viable solution. Carl will now concentrate on promoting and raising awareness of MIST in Far East.
